This is The Tool

The Tool makes communication easier and brings tenants, property managers, facility managers and tradespeople together via a web application and smartphone app. In this way, property management is made more efficient, quicker, more convenient and more cost-effective for all.
Tenants can record damage or faults with a few clicks via the smartphone app and report it to the management team. They can then put in place all measures seamlessly, schedule them by priority and document them. All on one platform – simple and transparent no matter the time or place.
No software installation? All you need is an internet connection.

How The Tool works

If a tenant experiences a malfunction or a breakage then he can report it using the smartphone app in just a few clicks. If necessary, Urs can also add a photo or video to the incident. Once reported in a matter of moments, the information is then passed on as a new incident to the property manager responsible. The property manager has access to all of the relevant information. He can also gather quotes directly from the application and issue a request for repair. If he has submitted a request then the craftsman and his service coordinator also have access to the incident information. The craftsman arranges an appointment with the tenant using the smartphone app or the web application.

Once the repair work is complete, the tenant can give a rating for the work carried out.
The property manager not only sees where incidents are still ongoing, but also which services are being provided quickly and to a high standard.

The Tool benefits everyone

The Property Management can reduce costs for staffing and administration. Tenants can report problems with ease and craftsmen can obtain additional assignments and acquire new customers.
